This ambitious docklands development will feature Europe’s largest living wall, and will comprise three striking residential towers up to 45 storeys and four exemplar commercial office buildings to become Ireland’s first ever carbon positive campus.
Waterfront ~ South Central ~ will raise the bar for inclusive and integrated urban development with the highest public garden and viewing deck in the country. Set to deliver over 60,000 square feet of community spaces throughout the development including a waterfront Townhall space, farmers’ market and pop-up restaurants, Waterfront ~ South Central ~ will become the city’s new favourite meeting place and a world-class beacon of sustainability.
