Karystos, Evia, “Little Eagle” ( Micros Aetos) settlement. For sale plot of land of 600 sq.m. It is 6.5 km from the city of Karystos and covers an area of about 350 acres. The amphitheatricality of all the land that has Southwest

The settlement was incorporated in the plan in 2009 and consists of 203 plots of 600sq.m. approximately each and from 15 plots of 4 acres each. All plots are well built. The land of 600sq.m. have a building factor of 0.5 and so they build about 300 sq.m. each.
All necessary infrastructure projects have been made in the settlement, namely asphalt roads, drainage system, sewage system leading to biological treatment as well as a water supply system which is supplied by two tanks which are supplied with drilling water and from a source that exists. The settlement has a privately owned Zoodochos Pigi church, located at the entrance of the village. The settlement is governed by rules of procedure which have accepted all members and determines the rights and obligations of each land owner.
