Rental property in Greece brings most revenue

Greece is a great place to purchase a property, which can bring high rental income, reports The Daily Mail. British newspaper compared the European prices and found that the average weekly income from rent three-bedroom houses in Greece is higher than in many other parts of Europe.

In particular, the average return of leased houses in Corfu is € 1567, in Crete - € 1275, and in Kefalonia - € 1329. For comparison, figures are lower in Tuscany (€ 1123), Loire Valley (€ 763) and Costa del Sol (€ 761).

Rents in Greek islands are also much higher than in many other popular tourist resorts. In particular, the rental house with three bedrooms in Peloponnese costs € 972 a week, which, however, 15% lower than in Corfu and Crete.
