About the project


Location:
In the western part of the community of Kallithea , on Myrtias road were designed a complex of 21 apartments - studios.
The apartments are situated next to the center of the town, as well as the famous beach of Kallithea so close no car is needed to get there.
Interior:
The apartment is developed in an open area. It consists of a living room, a sleeping area, a bathroom and a kitchen. The living room is separated from the bedroom with timber blinds construction.
The floor is covered with large tiles and on the ceilings, there is a plasterboard construction where spots are placed for the lighting of the apartment.
Each apartment has air conditioning, solar water heater, kitchen cabinets with electrical appliances, wardrobe, security door. The bathroom has a spacious shower cabin.
Exterior:
The apartment has a covered balcony in the living room.
The balconies of the apartments are definitely separated between them through walls, which in this way guarantee privacy for each property.
 On the front side of the building there is a shared swimming pool with an area for sun loungers and in the back there is a garden.
