Description
This deluxe development is a low density built area, situated in an olive grove of approximately 5,200 m2 and consists of 16 individual bungalows/villas (out of which 9 have already sold) with two bedrooms each.
They have been built in keeping the traditional style of the island and according to the highest modern standards of convenience and safety. The grove lies some 500 meters from the only village on the island (and indeed its port) and about 120 meters from the beach of Saint Sophia.
Other beaches lie just a short walk away (actually everything is a short walk away - this is not a big island - we could probably have the whole place carpeted...). Views encompass much of what can be seen in the map with distant mainland lights at night and sea and mountains during the day.
