A construction project by the FA. BESTWERK Bauträger GmbH. The 3 and 4 room apartments are ideal for singles and couples with more space. The house was built as a KFW 70 energy efficiency house in accordance with ENEV 2016 standards. The basement contains the underground car park, the washing and drying rooms and the individual cellars. The modern elevator for up to 6 people connects all floors from the basement to the 2nd floor.
All apartments were built barrier-free and therefore offer ideal conditions for an age-appropriate future.
