The investor and a subsidiary of the management company create a new GmbH & KoKG with a share capital of 10,000,000 euros, with each party contributing 5,000,000 euros (and possibly large amounts of investments). In this case, there is a 100% guarantee of capital safety, as, in any case, the investor retains the property, as evidenced by the entry in the land register (register of ownership rights in Germany).
