About the project
The commercial unit is located in the new building project "Plaza Pasing" on Bodenseestrasse in the heart of Pasing. It has a large shop window with a special right of use (approx. 23 m²) in front of the unit.
The commercial unit is partially developed: the toilet, the anteroom of the toilet and the kitchenette are tiled 1.20m high (white tiles on the walls, gray tiles on the floor). In the main room (approx. 50 m²) there is screed, laid with underfloor heating, floor coverings are not available. The following uses would be conceivable: office, yoga studio, practice, retail, etc. Partial catering without a full kitchen is also permitted in the commercial unit.
