L STUDIOS from L HOMES would like to set new standards in this development with an outstanding concept. The three apartment types – TINY, SMART and ROOMY – are not limited to a specific target group; rather, their differentiation into 1, 1.5 and 2 room types addresses a broad audience. From business singles to comfortable homes for couples, as a hotel replacement or promising capital investment - the combination of location, functionality, outfitting and design enables a multitude of possible uses.
