Luxury villa Saint Teresa in Saint-Tropez, owned by wealthy Egyptian family of Al-Fayed, is put up for sale. Son of a billionaire, producer Dodi Al-Fayed courted Diana, Princess of Wales, when she was vacationing with her sons, according to dailymail.co.uk.

The price in the Knight Frank ad is not specified, but the British media reported that it was about £70 million (about €93 million). In an area of 1.6 hectares there are a huge master villa, a pool, a gym, tennis courts, a marina, a guest house, where Princess Diana stayed in July 1997, and so on.

Initially, the villa was built in the 1860s for Ferdinand de Lesseps, the French diplomat and head of the construction of the Suez Canal. A neighbor of Al Fayed's villa in Saint-Tropez is Bernard Arnault, the owner of Louis Vuitton.
