This wine estate is situated in the area of Bordeaux, one of the most important wine producing regions in France spreading over a surface of 120 hectares. The wines of Bordeaux have been renouned and valued for their exceptional taste and quality throughout the centuries, both on a national and an international scale.

The vineyards cover a surface of 10 hectares and have a productive capacity of 70 000 bottles a year. The 35 year old different types of vines are perfect for the production of Grand Cru wines: 80% of Merlot, 10% of Cabernet Franc, 10% of Cabernet Sauvignon. The territority of the property also comprises a 400 sqm house, a swimming pool, a 200 sqm cellar and storage room extending on a surface of 350 sqm.
Thanks to the production of high quality Grand Cru wines, the wine estate has acquired a wide network of loyal customers and therefore has an enormous potential for development.
