0.8% fall in prices - is the result of the third quarter of 2015 compared to the same period of last year (according to Statistics center Finland).
The reduction had no effect on Helsinki - prices in the capital remained on the same level - €3549 per square meter of secondary housing market and €4752 - in new buildings.
In other regions of the country the figure is much lower - €1708 per square meter in the secondary housing, €3112 - in new houses.
