The province of Lappi (Lapland), located in Northern Finland, is the cultural region traditionally inhabited by the Sami people. In Lappi celebrate the annual festival of the Saami youth communities. Since 1996, in Lapland rally held on Arctic and in the village of Sirkka, where is the ski resort Levi held the World Cup, the biggest event, which is annually visited by about 20 thousand spectators.

From Helsinki aircraft airline Finnair fly all year round, in winter season - on a daily basis. Year-round after each flight Finnair and Blue1 special bus takes passengers from the airport in Kittilä Levi. The bus leaves after the passengers get their Luggage. To get back on the plane you will be on the same bus.
