In addition, there are 2 storage rooms in the house, 2 separate fireplaces for solids heating and a central heating system.

Outside there is a stone bench, grill house and an outdoor kitchen in the garden with lots trees, bushes and flowers. The front yard has trees, which hide the house from the view and ensure privacy and the backyard has a metal net fence, which makes it safe for the pets to play there.

The parking places are in front of the house or along the street nearby.

Even though this area is very quiet and private, it has all necessary facilities for its residents, like great public transport connections, shops, markets, beauty salons, parks, children playgrounds, gym, school, kindergarten, library, etc.

The neighbourhood is one of the safest in Tallinn and it is only a 10 minutes drive to a city centre. So if you work in a city centre you can sleep longer in the morning and get to work really fast.
