"A year ago, most developers had an optimistic view about future. But today, many of them lie in waiting ", - said Ero Wijk.
According to experts, the number and total value of transactions in general, in 2012 will not change compared to 2011, and therefore the level of property prices will not change too. Ero Wijk added that predictable volume of housing loans issued this year will remain at the level of last year.
