Prominent politicians, tycoons and show business celebrities own property, the average value of which is €34.4 million and a square meter is proposed for almost €74,000.
In a cohort of owners of expensive apartments in the residential complex One Hyde Park included the richest Ukrainian man Rinat Akhmetov (in 2010 bought a penthouse for €165 million), Russian billionaire Vladimir Doronin, whose girlfriend is a world-famous model Naomi Campbell, the Emir of Sharjah and Member of the Supreme Allied Council of the United Arab Emirates sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al-Qasimi III, owner of Kazakh steel giant "Kazakhmys" Vladimir Kim, Australian singer Kylie Minogue (paid €19 million for the three-bedroom apartment).
Major British real estate investor Nick Candy and his wife Holly Valance own two penthouses on the 10th floor cost €36.4 million and €30.6 million. The owner of prestigious apartments on floors 11-13 of the tower C is Hamid bin Jassim bin Jabr Al-Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, who paid for the property €14 million (€98,500 per square meter).
