The largest estate in the UK – Wentworth Woodhouse from the South Yorkshire county – will be sold for £7 million in the spring of 2015. The owners got tired of its renovation, informs the ee24.com with reference to the Daily Mail. The further palace restoration will require £42 million in next 15 years.

The current palace’s owner – London architect called Clifford Newbold – has spent past 15 years and about £5 million of the family budget repairing this house. In 1999, he paid £1.5 million for tottering manor. Today he is 90 years old, so the family decided to put the building up for sale.
