Cult leader of Top Gear builds a mansion Diddly Squat Farm

British TV presenter Jeremy Charles Robert Clarkson was officially allowed to demolish belonging to his farmhouse in the Cotswolds village in central England and replace it with a mansion with six bedrooms, a swimming pool and tennis court, reports ee24.com with reference to the British media.

Author of the popular automotive TV show Top Gear, which is a quarter of a century, plans to name a new house Diddly Squat Farm. The authorities have decided not to interfere with Clarkson fulfill their long-standing plan for mass demolition of all buildings on a plot of 70 hectares and clearing the site for construction of a new home. But only on one condition: all work must be completed within three years.

Clarkson's new home will include six bedrooms, next to a garden and a croquet court. Instead of the old buildings a billiard room and a guest house of two bedrooms will be erected. Also there will be stable, a kennel for dogs and a huge parking for numerous luxury cars from Jeremy's collection.

A curious fact: quite nearby to the Jeremy Clarkson's estate there is a home of British Prime Minister David Cameron. It is pretty amazing, knowing very cold attitude of Jeremy's to the British authorities and all his criticism of the former British Prime Ministers Tony Blair and Gordon Brown.
