Asian investors accounted for 2 152 000 000 euro worth of transactions in Central London’s office investment market during 2011, compared to 845 500 000 euro in 2010; a 150% increase, according to Jones Lang LaSalle.
Total investment volumes in the Central London office market reached 13 670 000 000 euro in 2011. International buyers represented 60% (8 100 000 euro) of total investment volumes.
