The architectural style of the building
The Lumina complex consists of two 5-storey buildings made in a modern style. There is a parking lot under the buildings that stand on numerous pillars. The complex is finished in two ways. The outer walls of the first floors are finished with bright red bricks. They come with many small dark-framed windows. The tops of the houses are dark in colour and feature thousands of floor-to-ceiling windows and many balconies with transparent railings, creating the effect of all-glass floors. The Lumina roof is flat.

This new luxury residential complex is equipped with a BringMe smart entry system. Lumina offers a beautiful private garden and well-tended communal areas.
