About the project
The Czech mountains have been experiencing a literal Renaissance age in recent years. And we decided to materialize this potential in the picturesque Krkonoše village of Vrchlabí, where we are exclusively preparing a project for a multifunctional Ski & Mt. bike apartments.
Our vision was to capture the genius loci of the place and create a top modern foothill building of completely contemporary design. From the beginning, our goal was to create a project that will combine modern living with the comfort of hotel facilities. The multifunctional house will consist of 40 above-standard furnished apartments with layouts from 1 + kk to 5 + 1 and 18 studios for sale, a reception and a commercial part intended for rent. You can look forward to underfloor heating, an intelligent system for regulating district heating, electronically controlled entrance doors, luxury bathrooms, loggias or balconies and central recuperation. The comfort of the owners will further increase the possibility of using the reception with lobby bar, own wellness or children's corner, without giving up the comfort of their own home. A sufficient number of covered outdoor parking spaces is just an imaginary icing on the cake.
And we went even further. Although our project will offer the possibility of comfortable living in the mountains all year round, it will also be a great investment opportunity. You can use the apartment at any time for your own vacation and rent it cheaply in the remaining time! Right now, you can also get involved and participate in the final appearance of your space.
