About the project
We present you our new project of the multifunctional house Ponávka Tower located in the center of the city of Brno in the cadastral area of Zábrdovice.
This is an area located east of the city ring road, which is characterized primarily by the development of interwar tenement houses built mainly in the 1930s.
In the past, this location was disadvantaged by its contact with the Posvitavy production zone and the long-term neglect of the housing stock. In recent years, however, there has been a massive revitalization in this area.
Our company, with many years of extensive experience in construction and residential development, has designed, together with architects and designers, a development in this zone, which has the potential to become a new landmark of the Zábrdovice district and a sought-after zone of modern living in Brno.
The multifunctional house is located in the former area of the production plant, which was at the end of its service life and will be razed to the ground as part of the preparatory work.
The building in the western direction is close to the spa in Ponávka Street. From the east side, the building, with its location and height arrangement, completes the character of the area around the planned "New City Avenue".
In the multifunctional house there are housing units and studios with layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk. We also offer office space for sale. At the ground floor level, business units are designed, which will be accessible from Bratislavská Street.
In the basement of the multifunctional house there are cellar cubicles, which are assigned to all units. In 1.-4. underground floors are designed parking spaces and warehouses that can be purchased for all units.
Future owners of the units will appreciate the excellent transport accessibility and civic amenities. We will offer owners of apartments on higher floors wonderful views of the Moravian metropolis.
The house within the Ponávka Tower project is divided into two sales stages. Stage I is now on sale. Stage II. we are preparing and will be published at the beginning of 2021. Although the project is divided into two sales stages, it is still one building with a joint association of unit owners.
