First-class architecture following up on the tradition of Brno modernism
Work on the architectural design of the project was taken up by experienced architects from the Kuba & Pilař studio, whose concept of the house builds on the high-quality functionalist residential development in the surrounding area. The house will offer a wide range of residential units, with layouts ranging from 1+kk to the generous 5+kk. The house will also include underground garages and a courtyard with park landscaping.
