The word Architect
The motto Living with a view is not just a phrase in the case of the DUO residence. There are only a few such exceptional places to live in Brno. The gentle southern slope situated above Kociánka guarantees a breathtaking view of the entire panorama of the city, moreover to the south, behind the sun.
It is a quiet place surrounded by forests, public transport stops are just a step away and the center is a stone's throw away. All this is the entry point to living dreams.
We paid attention to the external appearance of the house and the technical solution of the building. The outer shell of the house insulates with 180 mm of insulation, windows with triple glazing and special AKU bricks between the apartments bring high energy efficiency, thermal comfort and excellent sound insulation from the surroundings and neighboring apartments. The materials used guarantee a long service life.
The apartments allow visual connection of interior and exterior. All have large balconies or terraces with floor-to-ceiling windows.
The glass railing guarantees an unobstructed view of the city from the comfort of the living room. The south facade of the house focuses directly on the landmarks of Brno Petrov and Špilberk.
When looking at the house from the outside, we see a modern building without unnecessary extravagances. The intention is not to become obsolete for many years, to welcome residents from afar with their differences.
