About the project
In the spring of 2019, we begin construction of four modern terraced houses in the future Firkušného Street near Kociánka in Králové Pole. The sought-after and unique location of Sadová brings quiet living in close proximity to nature.

The planned terraced houses will offer comfortable living on two floors. All have no basement, offer their own garage and garden, additional parking will be possible on site in front of the house.
When building houses, we traditionally pay attention to perfectly done work with the use of materials that guarantee a long service life. The terraced houses will include a rough brick building with concrete ceilings, an insulated facade, roof, windows, doors and gates from certified manufacturers.
