The project is situated in a quiet part of Královo Pole, in the vicinity of a pleasant park with a children´s playground. The advantage of the location is its rich offer of services from shopping centres to small businesses with a family atmosphere, as well as easy access to public transport.
Original architectural solutions
In designing the project, experienced architects from Atelier RAW sensitively built on the architectural concept of the old monastery brewery. The result is a modern building with sophisticated layout which will offer 2+kk to 3+1 apartments. The project also includes indoor garages on the ground floor.
