About the project
Silver Post Residence is a new development project from JRD Development sro, which is a complex of 5-storey modern and low-energy new buildings and offers a total of 70 new residential buildings with layouts from 1 + kk to 5 + kk and areas from 31 to 119 m2. Each block will include basements; loggia or terrace or garden. There are underground garages for residents in the basement of the house. There are common areas with a carriage house and a bike shed. The entire project, including its name, has a maritime theme due to its important location on the site of the famous port and the former site of Czech maritime navigation. Expected date of approval is June 2022, it will be ready to move in in December of the same year.
