Property auctions are gaining popularity in Czech Republic

Selling of real estate on auctions in Czech Republic every day become more popular. When purchasing of collateral real estate, the starting price for apartments, villas and plots of land is about 50% of the market value of the property. Lot eventually goes to the buyer who offered the greatest amount.

Despite the fact that the new owners in the future will have to pay tax on the purchase of real estate (4%), this method allows to save a lot of money. The most popular auctions are on the apartments of low and medium price categories. The owners of expensive housing, usually find other ways to solve their problems.

The apartments are usually put up for auction at a price of €37 000. The highest demand remains for housing in Prague, so the final price tags on objects in the capital are approaching the market average. But in Moravia and Northern part of the country the prices are almost twice lower.

Experts note that in recent times individuals buy collateral property more often. This is attributed to the fact that in the Czech Republic is now much easier to find funding. Mortgage rates are quite low. You can obtain a loan in the Bank on the basis of the contract of purchase and sale (or contract of intent), which is concluded at the end of trading.

In such auctions you can participate on the Internet, including via tablets and phones. Auction usually takes less than half an hour.
