My purchase in Cyprus is connected with the first trip that left a very positive feeling and brought the thought that if to buy a property abroad - I will do it only here. Cyprus has many advantages and merits such as: excellent equable climate, warm sea, lots of sun, good attitude to the Russians, calm situation in the country.
We selected on the following criteria: proximity to the sea, close to town, proximity to schools, secluded place, quiet area.
The purchasing process was through the Agency “ABC Cyprus Homes". The realtor offered a variety of objects in my price range, considering my wishes.
I want to say that the focus of the buyer should be given the choice of a real estate company - from its integrity depends on the success of the transaction. Otherwise you may have trouble with the paperwork or additional financial costs and even loss of money paid for the reservation.
I live in Cyprus for 3 years, a child studies in English school. To say that I am pleased with the country is nothing to say, because emotions are extremely positive and I don’t want to leave my new home))
