At the moment in Croatia is for sale about a dozen Islands. The cost varies from €130000 to €6 million. As for the real estate objects on the islands, they are either in dilapidated condition or doesn’t exist at all.
Of 1185 Islands and islets that are part of the Croatian territory, only 66 are inhabited. In the future, uninhabited islands can be turned into a tourist and resort centers.
The most expensive island (€6 million) is Sredni, which is located near Zadar. Square of Sedna is 130 000 sq. m.
The most affordable offer – Kosmeč island (Elaphiti archipelago). To become its owner you need only €130 000. Considering that the area of Kosmeč is 26 000 sq.m., the price per square will be just €5.
