This house is located in a pleasant town called Novalja – 5 minutes (on foot) from the centre. There is also a very popular »party« beach, called Zrće, nearby.

The house has a pool (35 square meters), its own parking space and other facilities. The plot size is 1025m2.

The interior was completely renovated in 2016, as was the facade and the electric circuit. Besides that, the machine house, the pool and outside terrace were renovated in 2017.
