About the project
The office town of AHINORA OFFICE consists of a main high volume with L-shape, located at the northwestern end of the property and a low volume (height 4.0 m) in the inner part of the property. The main construction is connected on two side regulation lines - to an existing building in LPR I-1500 from the west and to a newly planned building in LPR III - 1500 from the south.
The current RPD envisages basic construction in two volumes and the requirements for distances to regulation and to neighboring buildings are met. The main volume has six above-ground floors and a usable attic floor, a low volume of one above-ground floor with a maximum height of 4.0 m is also envisaged. There are three underground levels for a parking garage. There are two separate entrances from the ground level serving the office floors - one from Tintyava Street and one - from a newly designed street from the east.
