The building is located in the southern part of Sofia, in Krastova Vada district, Lozenets district, on the corner of Boris Rumenov Street and 1 Sasho Nikolov-Sladura Street. The close proximity to Cherni Vrah Blvd. provides extremely good access to the central part of the city and the main exit arteries of the capital. The walking distance to Vitosha metro station and Paradise mall determine the top location of the building. The area itself is defined as: extremely preferred for the purchase of basic housing, but no less important is the fact that recently more and more people are investing in housing for income from their rental, which is now profitable in view of: purchase price - monthly rent.
Building concept.
The building is located in a corner plot with an area of 0.5 decares and almost regular rectangular shape. Three types of materials are used for the exterior: white plaster, HPL boards with wood pattern and facing ceramic boards type "gray bricks". In this way more than ½ of the facade is ventilated. The building is designed 16 pcs. one, two or three bedroom apartments. There is a parking space or a garage for each site.
