About the project
We present you the KANSO building - a gated residential complex.
KANSO is an architectural project inspired by the Zen philosophy, creating a sense of movement, dynamics and striving for expression in a natural way.

The project will be realized as a composition of two buildings -
Building 1 and Building 2, with two entrances each and a separate park environment.
The terrain on which the complex will be built is located near the intersection of Tsar Boris III Blvd. and Alexander S. Pushkin Blvd. There is quick access to Tsar Boris III Blvd., Ring Road, as well as the southwestern exit of Sofia.
The plot has a total area of 3400 sq.m., of which 800 sq.m. There is a courtyard with a children's playground and places for recreation of the residents.
The implementation of the complex will start in March 2020 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2022.
The residential units in the complex are designed with a functional layout, are refined with straight shapes of the premises, which allows the owners to experience comfort in accordance with the good price.
Building 1 consists of 4 floors, 3 of which are residential and two entrances - Entrance A and Entrance B.
The first floor of entrance A is planned for the future new office of the construction and investment company that will build the complex - Idea Home EOOD.
The following housing units are organized on each level from the 2nd to the 4th floor:
3 pcs. two-bedroom apartments with an area between 85 and 108 sq.m.
1 pc. one-bedroom apartment with an area between 63 and 69 sq.m.
The first floor of entrance B consists of a colonnade with parking spaces for the future new office of Idea Home EOOD.
The following residential units are organized on each level from the 2nd to the 4th floor:
1 pc. two-bedroom apartment with an area of about 95 sq.m.
4 pcs. one-bedroom apartments with an area between 63 and 72 sq.m.
1 pc. one bedroom apartment with an area of about 40 sq.m.
Building 2 consists of 10 residential floors and two entrances - Entrance B and Entrance D.
The first floor of entrance B is planned with adjacent yards to the living areas, as well as garages.
The following housing units are organized on each level from the 1st to the 10th floor:
3 pcs. two-bedroom apartments with an area from 85 to 144 sq.m.
1 pc. one-bedroom apartment with an area between 63 and 69 sq.m.
The first floor of entrance D is planned with adjacent yards to the living areas.
The following housing units are organized on each level from the 1st to the 10th floor:
1 pc. two-bedroom apartment with an area between 92 and 139 sq.m.
2 pcs. one-bedroom apartments with an area between 63 and 71 sq.m.
1 pc. one bedroom apartment with an area between 44 and 47 sq.m.
Parking is solved with parking spaces located on the ground floor and in the underground level of the complex.
