The heating and the cooling of the hotel are provided with convectors. The system consists of a steam generator, which is supplied with wood and coals.
There is a panoramic restaurant, facing the dam. It has inner hall with seats for about 35 persons and an outer garden area for about 20 persons. There is a modern bar, which is part of the restaurant. The kitchen area, the storage spaces and the service rooms are big enough for preparing much food than the capacity of the restaurant.
There are fitness, sauna, bathrooms with showers and changing rooms. There are chambermaid offices on each floor, as well as separate storage spaces for clean and dirty linen. The hotel has a resting room for the staff.
The hotel has spacey lobby area with nice and comfortable furniture, as well as computer corner. There is also a storage space available for the guests of the hotel. It has enough room for ski and fishing equipment and other luggage.
There are also a big parking area, mini football playground and children’s playground in the area of the hotel complex. For the keen fishermen and cooks there is a barbeque area with aprox. 12 seats. There is cooking corner, running water and a toilet.
The unfold built up area of the hotel is amounting to 1200 sq.m. According to the building documentation it is possible a site of 300 sq.m. to be built up inside the borders of the property.
The region is very well developed and offers a lot of outdoor activities – fishing, water sports, sun bathing, hunting, riding, sightseeing, hiking and of course – skiing and other winter sports. The hotel is suitable for long term investment, as it is situated on a very nice place. It has its own visitors in the warm and cold months of the year. It is running during the whole year.
