The number of urban real estate transactions in Bulgaria is growing

On 12% has increased the number of buying property transactions in Bulgaria in the first quarter 2016 compared to the same period of the last year.

It seems the market is beginning to revive after a long period of stagnation - this contributes to a decrease in interest on deposits in Bulgarian banks, as well as an understanding of customers that further price reduction won't happen, and it makes sense to buy now.

Increase in the number of sales transactions has led to an increase in the city's real estate prices - an average of 5-10% compared with the previous year.

The prices on the resort property, especially those not in the first line, continue to fall – it is now quite possible to buy apartments on Sunny Beach (5-6 line) for €10-15 000.

But the demand exists only on the property with a privileged location (on the beach or near the ski lifts).

At the same time, the prices on rural properties are falling: house with land in the Bulgarian hinterland can be purchased for 5-6 thousand leva (€2500 - €3 000).
