Bulgarian Ambassador to Russia Boyko Kotsev said that his country was going to simplify the visa regime for the Russians in 2015. In particular, the Russian owners of property in Bulgaria will issue multiple-entry visa for 3 years immediately.
It is also planned to issue multiple-entry visa to Bulgaria for 1 year for those tourists who have been in the country earlier and didn't have problems with visa law. When the new rules come into force, the ambassador didn't say.
Furthermore, the Bulgarian authorities plan to organize ferry Novorossiysk – Burgas.
The Russians are the fourth largest tourist segment in Bulgaria, and there are at least 500,000 Russian homeowners.
