More than on a half over the last year have decreased foreign investment in Bulgarian real estate.
From January to November of 2015 the amount that foreign buyers have invested in the purchase of real estate in the country amounted to € 50.4 million. In the same period of 2014 this amount was more than twice bigger - € 115.1 million.
Traditionally, the main foreign buyers of real estate in Bulgaria were the Russians - despite the crisis they have brought the country's budget € 25 million (49.6% of the total investment).
This total foreign investment in the country's economy in 2015 amounted to € 1.467 billion. (3.3% of GDP), which is € 251 million more than in the same period in 2014.
