Description
The building is an eight-storey concrete monolith with a sloping roof, completed in raw construction. Purpose: Hotel complex. The roof is sloped design with steel beams, wood siding on which completed insulation and coating shingles. Was completed drainage of terraces with gutters and downspouts. All the terraces have railings and flooring tiles. All facades are completed as mounted thermal and sound insulation as well as windows and sills. The eastern façade is made of etalbond lined with decorative elements. All other walls are lined with granite tiles and decorative elements. There are internal water supply and sewerage systems, fire alarm and electricity installations, as well as cabling for computers, telephones and television. There is installed elevator and cabin, all pipelines for ventilation, heating and air conditioning. The waterheating system is also available.
