Santa Maria Holiday Complex is situated in a quiet and peaceful location on the coastline not far from the central beach of Ravda resort village. It is located on the outskirts of Burgas just west of Lake Atanasovsko.
Burgas airport is only 25 kilometres distance from the complex with easy access provided.
The complex is also near to the famous Sunny Beach resort and the ancient town of Nessebar where you can go and see the museum, the ancient churches, stroll through the lovely small streets with taverns where you can try for yourself the art of Bulgarian national cuisine.
Santa Maria complex consists of one building that encompasses 31 apartments, a restaurant and a swimming pool. The apartments offer panoramic views to the Black Sea, the beach and the bay.
The apartments in the complex range in size from 60 to 103 square metres all featuring unique sea views. The apartments are being sold in a fully completed state, with air-conditioning, fully equipped bathrooms (glass-made shower compartments) and all necessary accessories.
