About the project
Residence Tina is a new construction project in the center of Sint-Andries. The project consists of 3 smaller buildings with beautiful apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and where the emphasis is mainly on space. The green gardens that are provided around the various buildings (more than 60% of the total site area!) make you feel like you are in paradise. In the apartments themselves, a lot of attention was paid to light and large spaces so that you can relax and breathe in your new home after a long day.
Tina is located a stone's throw from the center of Bruges and close to the Express Road and the highway. In the vicinity you will find various shops, supermarkets, leisure facilities and public transport.
Sint-Andries is characterized by lots of greenery and beautiful sights. There are numerous churches and castles that make this part of Bruges unique. In addition, there are many wooded areas that are ideal for a walk.
You will also feel at home here in terms of sports and recreation. Sint-Andries is home to the Jan Breydel Stadium and the Olympia swimming pool complex.
