About the project
Brocap supervised the purchase and reconversion of the site, located at Kerkstraat in Zwijndrecht. After consultation with Urban Planning, OVAM and other administrative bodies, it was decided to prepare an RUP for the site.
It states that a project of 76 apartments will be defined on these grounds, followed by the construction of a new attractive public square. In addition, another 40 patio homes will be built by the municipality of Zwijndrecht.
After the final approval of the RUP, a building permit will be submitted in collaboration with architectural firm Inarco.
