About the project
The TOCA Residence residential complex is a multi-section modern house designed taking into account the seismic activity of the region and the local climate. The new building is part of the large-scale Baku White City project.
Location
LCD TOCA Residence in Baku is located next to the Karabakh horses. The new building is located in an area with a fully developed social, household and commercial infrastructure. One and a half kilometers there is an oil refinery. To the sea coast a little more than 1 km.
Local infrastructure
A variety of shops are located within a kilometer radius from the residential complex, including grocery, chain supermarkets, fast food establishments, cafes, restaurants, bank branches, pharmacies and a post office. The nearest shopping center is just 700 meters away.
The medical center is just over 2 km away, and at a distance of 2.5 km is the aesthetic clinic "Khatai". About the same to Mediland Hospital and Medeks Clinic.
One and a half kilometers from the TOCA Residence complex is located secondary school No. 227, school No. 58 and No. 194. The distance to the Baku Higher School of Oil, secondary schools No. 55 and No. 56 is 2.5 km.
About transport
Khatai Metro Station is 2.6 km from the residential complex. You can walk to a stop on Babek Avenue, along which several bus and minibus routes run, in ten minutes. The Keshlya railway station is two kilometers away. You can drive to the international airport in 25 minutes.
Architecture
LCD "TOSA Residence" is designed in a modern style inherent in the capital of the republic. It consists of nine sections, which form a cozy courtyard completely closed to outsiders on the building site. The house has a variable number of floors from three to eight floors.
The new building is being constructed using a monolithic-frame technology, which provides high seismic resistance indicators for the entire structure. The flat roof of the sections is covered with roll waterproofing. Facade insulation with an environmentally friendly heat insulator guarantees excellent energy efficiency of housing, which fully meets all modern requirements. The facade of the new building is faced with ceramic tiles.
Large windows with energy-saving glazing are installed. Balcony doors are also installed. Glazing of balconies is not provided for by the project; their fencing is made of metal grating.
The necessary central communications are connected to the TOCA Residence. The apartments are mounted heating system. Each unit is equipped with one silent elevator. At the entrances to the entrances intercoms and insulated doors are installed.
