About the project
Residential complex “Yasam Residence” is a technically equipped new building in a well-equipped microdistrict with developed own infrastructure.
New building location
LCD "Yasam Residence" in Baku is located in the 5th microdistrict of the Nasimi district on January 20, seven and a half kilometers from the city hall. This is a well-developed area without industrial enterprises, to the nearest major highway several hundred meters.
Environment
The new building will be comfortable for families with children of different ages. A few tens of meters is located school number 54, and within a radius of half a kilometer are secondary schools number 211, number 240, number 111 and number 9 named. N. Complex parameters
LCD "Yasam Residence" consists of four seventeen-story houses that are designed in the same style, taking into account the need for a high level of comfort and seismic activity in the built-up area.
The buildings are constructed of reinforced concrete and red brick, the maximum seismic resistance is determined by a strong foundation and a monolithic frame. The outer walls of houses are insulated and lined with a system of mounted ventilated panels; energy-efficient glazing of windows is performed. The apartments have open unglazed balconies, which is characteristic of the vast majority of new buildings in Baku.
The project provides for the installation of modern equipment, which includes:
- emergency electric generator;
- emergency hot and cold water supply system;
- two silent passenger and one freight elevator of the Kone trademark.
- The developer makes marble facing the lobby, stairs and landings.
Territory inside
The complex has a territory fenced off from outsiders, the entrance to which is via a card access system. Security is provided by its own security service, 24-hour video surveillance is conducted. The complex is equipped with a recreation area, sports grounds, as well as football and tennis courts are being built. A children's play area is under construction. Outdoor lighting fixtures are installed, trees and ornamental plants are planted.
It offers residents of the new building a two-level underground parking, from which you can take the elevator directly to your floor. Near the buildings there are places for temporary parking of cars.
About apartments
The price at which it is proposed to buy an apartment in a new building includes a connection to fiber optic Internet and satellite TV. High quality armored front doors are installed.
