ZhK Three Towers in Sumgait is located on Sulkh Street, four kilometers from the sea. The center is a little over three kilometers. The microdistrict has a low building density, and an industrial zone is located nearby. Most significant objects are at a fairly large distance.

Architecture and characteristics of buildings
When designing houses, seismic activity at the construction site of the complex and the peculiarities of the local climate were taken into account. The buildings will have a monolithic reinforced concrete frame and red brick walls. Facade insulation is provided with an environmentally friendly durable heat insulator.
Each apartment will have an open unglazed balcony with a metal or stone fence. Panoramic windows are glazed with energy-saving double-glazed windows with tinted windows.
Three towers are designed in the same style. The houses have a rounded shape, balconies with original fences that create the feeling of a complex relief surface of the facade are used as decorations. Narrow high windows of various sizes and long spiers on the roofs visually increase the height of buildings. The buildings are equipped with modern utilities and noiseless elevators - one freight and two passenger in each building.
The territory of the complex
