The former historic and landmarked district building will be converted into high-end apartments and completion can be expected by June 2015.
In the historic part of the building will be converted into apartments and on the ground floor offices and doctor offices will be built. The roof will be developed with penthouse apartments.
In the future the development 'Palais Aurora' will offer apartments in sizes between approx. 77 sq m to 170 sq m in the historic part of the building and in the new roof; penthouse apartments in the sizes of approx. 133 sq m to 323 sq m.
The fittings are accordingly high end and the rooftop apartmetns and doctors’ offices will be airconditioned.
