About the project
"KEY BUILDING SERVICES" LLC is pleased to announce that in the near future we will complete the construction of a multi-storey residential building at 12/2 Malkhasyants street in Yerevan. The apartment building has 13 floors, 12 of which are residential and 1 public floor. The building will be commissioned in autumn 2021.
In the yard there will be a landscaped park with a playground. Being in the administrative district of Arabkir, all the key components of the urban infrastructure are available here, but at the same time, the area is quite calm and far from unnecessary noise.
